Autumn in Kyoto is always an extraordinary event, bringing people worldwide to experience the beautiful maple colours in an exquisite setting. Amongst the favourites is the Eikan-dō temple gardens in Northern Kyoto. It’s conveniently located along the well-known Philosophers Path, and several more popular autumn spots are nearby.
